个人著作《7e领导之道》，融合了他过去20多年的对领导力的个人见解,本书系统阐明如何借用有效的工具和技能，在可持续发展的基础上成为一名成功的领导者！
他对于领导力实践充满了激情！
LU Kee Hong is a bilingual Singaporean with many years of management and leadership experience working in the Asia Pacific & Greater China region with world class MNCs like Texas Instruments and Motorola. He has served with distinction in a wide career scope that ranged from financial management, sales operations, customer training & development, and HR functions.
He authored the book: ‘The 7e Way of Leaders’ that integrate his last two decades of personal insights of what it takes to be a successful leader on a sustainable basis complete with the tools and skills required.
He is passionate about the practical aspect of leadership.
